The Società Agricola Malbosca is born from the whole of everything .
Childhood memories, the grandmother's vegetable garden, the expanses of wheat and corn of the Cremona plains, have always been part and imprinted on Paola and Emanuele's lifestyle. With heart and soul they were tied to the simplicity and naturalness of rural life, but with the mind, the studies, the experiences gained over the years were projected towards change, modernity, technology.
Today the Rivanazzano plant is dedicated to the cultivation of strawberries, produced from April to November. In addition to fresh strawberries, Paola and Emanuele Visigalli's company also makes practical, healthy and light dehydrated fruit snacks, produced with home-grown fruit and vegetables or from local producers in the network.
“Everything is dehydrated at low temperatures, thus maintaining the properties and flavors of the fresh product – explains Paola Visigalli – Fruit is excellent as a snack or for breakfast, combined with cereals or yoghurt. Vegetables, on the other hand, are excellent for soups, risottos, pasta and side dishes".
