ORDER, DELIVERY & RETURN
We deliver our food & wines via secure, tracked and insured shipping partners. Our wines are packaged in premium protective card packaging to prevent bottle damage. We always make sure that orders received are processed the same day.
Artisanresistance.nl is an online sales service of wine and other alcoholic products whose sale is expressly prohibited to minors.
All sales prices shown on the artisanresistance.nl website are inclusive of VAT and do not include any duties, taxes or fees due in the country of destination, if different from The Netherlands. It is understood that these charges are borne by the purchaser who is responsible for verifying the amount with the competent customs authorities.
The published prices are subject to possible variations without any obligation to give notice to site users.
To proceed with the purchase, the user will select the products of interest on the relative pages of the website, enter the desired quantities and add the products to the shopping cart. To complete the purchase, the user must verify the order on the checkout page, enter the billing and delivery information and complete the payment of the price and shipping costs as indicated in the order summary. The actual availability of a product is indicative, as multiple users can purchase it at the same time and make a product unavailable that another user had already placed in the cart.
The photos inserted are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of the quality of the products. Furthermore, the photograph does not always show the vintage actually on sale, for which only the year indicated in the name of the product is the only proof. The conclusion of the purchase contract takes place when the order and shipping confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the user.
artisanresistance.nl reserves the right not to confirm a purchase order by communicating the unavailability of one or more products within 5 days. In this case artisanresistance.nl will refund the purchase price and the shipping costs incurred by the user.
The Customer can pay for the selected products and the related delivery costs in the following ways:

3 – Bank Transfer

The shipping company will generally deliver the order within 24/48 hours, with the exception of disadvantaged areas and/or smaller islands. Without prejudice to the fact that artisanresistance.nl will undertake to fulfill each order in the shortest possible time, the times indicated above are to be considered indicative and not binding. It is also specified that during the main holidays, due to the high volume of courier traffic, these times could lengthen considerably. Where available, the user will be notified of the name of the courier and the code to track the shipment and possibly to independently change the address and day of delivery.
All orders can be collected from Niewmarkt in Amsterdam.

REFUND & RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
