Every year Marvulli's evoo is rated in all guides and wins numerous awards. 3 times it came in Flos Olei's Best 20 as an oil with the best value for money. Since 2011, the company also produces artisan pasta from the precious "Senatore Cappelli" durum wheat and organic spelt pasta. The pasta comes only from durum wheat and spelt dicoccum cultivated by Giovanni Marvulli.

Ogliarola del Bradano: monovarietal organic oil, obtained from the Ogliarola del Bradano cultivar, with an intense golden yellow color and medium intensity green fruitiness. The nose is elegant and decisive, rich in hints of medicinal herbs, with hints of mint, rosemary and sage. The taste is enveloping and complex in the mouth, it has tones of lettuce, artichoke, chicory and a finish of black pepper and almond. Bitterness and pungency well present and in balance.
Coratina: monovarietal organic oil, obtained from Coratina cultivar, oil is limpid, with an intense golden yellow color with delicate green hues; the nose is elegant and strong, rich in balsamic hints of mint and rosemary. Enveloping and complex on the palate, it has tones of lettuce, artichoke, chicory and a clean black pepper, almond and cinnamon aftertaste. Powerful bitterness and distinct well-harmonized spiciness.
Olive oil preservation: In a cool, dry place. Protected from light, heat sources and unpleasant odors. Once opened, minimize exposure to air.
Pasta "Senatore Cappelli" variety: the most precious durum wheat variety. It is ancient variety of durum wheat, very appreciated and has an intense flavour and aroma. Both pasta are craft made manufacturing with bronze drawing and slow drying (48h), and has 15-16 % of proteins and 14-15% for spelt. Awarded as EXCELLENT at the 2nd National Review of durum wheat semolina pasta.
